Anglia

Welcome to the National Association of Healthcare Fire Officers (NAHFO)

NAHFO Anglia Branch acts as the voice of those associated with healthcare fire safety across the Anglia Region

The Anglia Branch has a variety of members working in trusts spanning four counties. The Anglia Branch has fire safety advisers and fire safety managers from acute, community and mental healthcare trusts, and fire safety consultants.  We are a proactive branch who actively promote fire safety and encourage those starting out their careers in fire safety.  Our quarterly branch meetings are attended and supported by members who can offer a range of experience which include fire engineering, fire service, health and safety, and military backgrounds as well as having the benefit of three authorised engineers (fire). Member engagement is important to us, and we strongly encourage regular feedback from our branch members so that we can continue to provide relevant CPD and support on regulation and standard updates to promote a standardised approach to fire safety across the Anglia region.

The quarterly meetings take place (March, June, September, December) at a venue in Newport, Essex.
